Information Security Auditor

Location: Warrington, Cheshire, (working globally)

Based in Cheshire, we are looking for a CISSP or CISA qualified IS auditor to join the expanding team and due to the company retaining and winning a number of long term, key contracts across the World, you should have a flexible approach to travel as this role is going to involve extensive, Worldwide travel.

Profile of candidate

This role would suit an experienced IT professional who wants to develop into an IS Auditor role or an existing IS Auditor. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding international company. The candidate should have excellent IT knowledge and a desire to develop those skills further.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

Security Auditing (Logical and Physical)

The execution of Security Audits on a global basis, based from the UK office. Main focus of the company is to perform and execute Security Audits on behalf of card payment schemes. This role involves global travel to client’s personalisation and manufacturing facilities to perform on-site security audits.

Main Activities and Duties

Deliver and Perform audits to agreed format
Compile and produce audit reports and present audit findings to Clients
Deliver world class Customer Service
Global travel from our UK offices to client’s facilities
Build and Maintain Customer relationships
Provide leads regarding IT infrastructure and networking projects to partner company.

Competencies

Educated to a good standard
Hold ideally CISSP, CISA or CISM certification
Ability to pick up and analyse information quickly and efficiently
Comprehensive experience in IT Environments (Preferably IT Management)
Ability to travel globally
Reliable and able to see a job through to completion
Energetic and able to meet deadlines
Fluent in English language
Communicates effectively with clients at all levels
Energetic and able to meet deadlines
Willingness to develop as a person through external and internal training

Experience

Experience of IS27001 consultancy/auditing preferred
CISSP, CISA or CISM certified
Extensive work experience in information security
Understanding of Cryptographic Key Management
Physical Security knowledge

Salary

The salary will be dependent on the candidate’s experience.
